ROTE NDAO. spektrum-ntt.com || Habel Lusi alias HL (70 th) yang adalah Pelaku Pencabulan terhadap Bocah Dibawah umur di Desa Oelolot, yang telah di tangkap oleh Satreskrim Polsek Rote Barat Terancam hukuman penjara 15 Tahun. Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Kasubbag Humas Polres Rote Ndao, Aiptu. Anam Nurcahyo kepada media ini pada Jumat (22/10/2021). 

Kepada media ini, Aiptu Anam menjelaskan setelah mendapat laporan dari keluarga korban di Polsek Rote Barat dengan nomor Laporan Polisi : LP / B / 13/ X / 2021 / Sek RB / RND / Polda NTT, tanggal 21 Oktober 2021. Pihak Polsek Rote Barat pun bergerak ke Desa Oelolot, Kec. Rote Barat dan langsung mengamankan HL atas dugaan Pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur, dan saat ini terduga pelaku telah di dalam Rutan Mapolsek Rote Barat.

Pihak Polsek Rote Barat pun Telah melakukan visum et repertum terhadap korban, sebut saja Mawar (Bukan nama sebenarnya) yang baru berusia 6 tahun, dan juga Melakukan pendampingan trauma healing terhadap. Juga Melalui Bhabinkamtibmas telah melakukan penggalangan dan pendekatan kepada keluarga korban agar tidak melakukan hal-hal melanggar hukum akibat kejadian ini.

Peristiwa ini bermula saat Mawar sedang bermain di depan rumahnya, kemudian datang pelaku HABEL LUSI (HL/65 thn) menghampirinya dan mengajak korban ke rumah HL. Saat tiba di rumah HL, Mawar langsung dibawa ke tempat tidur lalu HL membuka celana Mawar kemudian mencubit bagian vitalnya hingga Mawar menangis kesakitan. Saat itu HL bahkan masih lakukan penganiayaan terhadap Mawar dengan menampar pipi kanan Mawar sebanyak satu kali sehingga Mawar menangis kesakitan. 

Hingga akhirnya tangisan Mawar terdengar oleh lalu seorang saksi berinisial GP (11 thn) yang saat itu berada di sekitar lokasi dan langsung mendatangi rumah HL, dan saat itu saksi melihat HL membuka pintu rumah dan berkata kepada Mawar “jangan kasih tau siapa-siapa” sambil memberikan uang Rp.50.000 (lima puluh ribu rupiah) kepada Mawar. 

Kemudian GP memberitahukan hal tersebut pada temannya berinisial NG (8thn) lalu mereka berdua kemudian pergi melaporkan perbuatan pelaku ke ibu Kandung Mawar yang kemudian melaporkan ke Mapolsek Rote Barat guna diproses sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.

Atas tindakan biadabnya, Habel Lusi alias HL akan dijerat dengan Pasal 82 ayat ( 1 ) Jo. Pasal 76 E UU. RI. Nomor 23 tahun 2002, Tentang Perlindungan Anak, yang telah diubah dengan UU. RI. Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang perubahan atas UU.RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Sebagaimana diubah dengan UU. RI nomor 17 tahun 2017 Tentang Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang- undang 01 tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan kedua atas UU. RI nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak, dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 5 Tahun paling tinggi 15 tahun penjara.

Untuk diketahui bahwa Kasus ini akan diproses lanjut sesuai dengan aturan dan undang-undang yang berlaku. (Daniel Timu)
